Due to COVID19 we are currently not able to do in person skincare treatment. We are offering complementary Consultations for Acne Clients. During this appointment we will discuss your skin, select products appropriate for treating your acne, and teach you how to properly use them.
Acne is a mysterious skin disorder, but one thing is for sure – it can be controlled with the right combination of products, used in the correct way. Just as in a clogged drain, the pore must be treated with products that unclog it and kill the acne bacteria.

Face Reality Acne Program uses a clear-skin system that will have your acne under control in about three to four months, depending on your type of acne. We combine the power of clinical-grade products that are customized for your type of acne, with a series of treatments. We also teach you about other aggravating factors that make you break out – foods, medications, cosmetics, stress, and common ingredients in skin care formulations that might be clogging your pores (even professional and prescription products).
As you go through your process of achieving clear skin on your face and/or body, you will want to come in for treatments every two weeks. Treatments are for:
- exfoliating the skin so that home care products can penetrate the pore more easily; or,
- hydrating the skin so that the skin is receptive to your home-care regimen
- extracting existing acne impactions
- killing acne bacteria inside the pore
Each acne treatment is specifically focused on what the skin needs at the time of treatment. Sometimes the skin will need more hydration, other times it will need more anti-bacterial and/or anti-inflammatory action.
Acne Clearing Treatments-
Initial Acne Consultation- This is a complimentary service. Time set aside for you to learn more about the program, the products, and to determine if this is the right fit for you. We want to make sure you are committed to the program, it doesn’t work if you don’t commit. In some cases teenagers just are not ready to do what is necessary to clear their skin (things like cut out dairy, and cleanse their skin after everysport etc). This consultation can be done over the phone, through email or in the spa. Please note it does need to be scheduled. Acne Program Introduction and Treatment-
This is the first treatment of your acne program. Here we will test your skin to determine a home care routine, give you a clearing facial or peel. We will discuss your Acne triggers and teach you how to use your Products. This appointment will take up to 90 Minutes.
*Restrictions may apply.*Products are not included in the cost of the treatment.
Expect to pay about $150 for your first set of acne products at your first appointment. We can not offer Acne treatments to clients that do not use our home care products. Because Acne products contain active ingredients we cannot safely mix lines. Face Reality Home care and in Spa Treatments have been tested for compatibility.
Acne Clearing treatment- $65 for All future Acne treatments .
Acne Referral Program– Refer a friend to the Acne Program and you both get a $20 Product Credit.
